Online play - Required privilege issue
Hello,
All of a sudden, I cannot play any online game mode in FIFA20.
In spite of the fact that I am connected to EA servers and I can even see how many Seasons players are online, I receive the following message: “Your account does not have the required privilege to access this feature. Select ‘Yes’ if you would like to access this feature”. Yet when I do select it, it only takes me back to the menu and it basically does nothing useful.
Now: My Xbox Live membership is active (other games work in online mode) and I have played FIFA20 online until now. Nothing has changed, not even my account privacy settings.
After looking the issue up virtually everywhere, I could not find a solution.
Any clue on what could be done?

Can you try these steps please, from the Xbox dashboard select Settings- All Settings- Network- Network Settings- Advanced Settings- Alternate MAC address - Clear- Restart. Then let me know if this persists?
