Do support tickets always get ignored???

I raised a ticket (55834660) after being locked out of my account due to someone else's email address that I don't even recognise being on it! But now it's closed without anyone contacting me! So I can't play FIFA online or use online features without setting up a new PSN account 😡😡😡

Nevermind the fact I had a huge amount of XP points accrued from about 10 years of playing it. Why some randoms email address is on it I have no idea!

I did all that. Twice. And both times no one responded and yes I did leave my email that I can access. But it's resolved now. I tweeted EA Help who sent me a link for a live chat and the chat agent fixed it for me. Happy with them. Still very pissed off with EA.

And now after reopening the ticket it says waiting for player even though I've not been contacted. I swear to god if I have to give up on this I'm never buying another EA game ever.
