Fifa 20 Squad Battles Trainer Crash (Xbox One X)

I have a weird glitch where, at half time in Squad Battles, if I go to the Trainer settings, the whole game freezes and I have to restart the Xbox. It doesnt even load the Trainer menu, just completely freezes the entire thing.

Any answers?
