FIFA 20 Pro Clubs - Slow Gameplay, Sluggish Feel, Unresponsive - Tracert Concern

Hello,

I want to love this side of FIFA but experience is awful, and I'm about to throw in the towel.  My Pro character has an overall rating of 85/86 (can be 86 when I increase height).  I feel like my player is injured most of the game, as it's extremely difficult to turn, cut, close down opponents, simply run fast, pass, shoot, and pretty much everything else needed to be competitive in online play.  In an effort to save A TON of time, please understand I have spent days, and countless hours researching and testing issues related to poor in-game performance with FIFA 20 Pro Clubs, and I think I've pinpointed the problem (but still want to do more test to solve once and for all).

I live in Southern California, use Frontier Fios, down/up speeds - over 500 on speedtest.net (I pay for top speeds, ping on this test is 3 - 5 ms), connected via Ethernet, made all necessary adjustments with forwarding ports, deleting caches, updating matchmaking options, turning off/on UPnP, testing direct without router, avoiding IPv6, etc etc

Have run countless UO Trace, Tracert test which have resulted in zero packet loss, even when I allowed Poll to continue upwards over 1000 pkts r/s (attached file is most recent test which I ran over 100 pkts in poll).

The issue seems to be an increase in Ping from a very low 4 or 5 ms after it leaves my ISP and travels towards easo.ea.com destination where it reaches a hop in route "ae-1-3502.ear3.Washington1.Level3.net"  <---  Here is where ping levels jump 10x to around 66/67/68 ms before it reaches EA servers.  I can't find any other reason that could be causing my extremely poor performance in pro clubs, and it's driving me insane.

I'm stuck in the middle because ISP says it's not their problem, and I'm sure EA is going to say the same.  But I've also researched this topic and the problem is EVERYWHERE.  So many gamers experiencing exact same latency issues with regards to quoted node earlier (Washington1.Level3)

So...what can we do EA?  Please help!
