Placement matches won’t load

Just got fifa 20 A few days ago and won’t let me go into my placement matches it has been doing it for days let’s me do other stuff on ultimate team but everytime I try load up my placement matches it says lost connection but is still using contracts on my players and stuff any one know how to fix this?
