packs won't open
Hello,
when I try to open the 400 coins bronze pack i get a message saying " we're currently experiencing issues with the store. please try again later "
However this does not happen when i open the 750 coins bronze packs or any other type of pack in the store
does anyone have this issue ?
any advise on how to fix it ?

in console (ps4) it gives me a message saying " We're currently experiencing issues with the store. please try again later "
in the web app and companion app i get " we're currently having trouble with login services. while we work on it you can try to log in from your console or pc to get the full FUT experience " and it kicks me out
I get this problem only when i open the 400 coins bronze packs.
other type of packs works fine
