Still Banned On FIFA 20 - TOS TEAM
Hello. About two weeks ago, I came across a very uncomfortable situation. Someone hacked into my account, changing the account mail without even receiving confirmation, and simply not being able to do anything. Right then I was very sad about your security methods. This was already a pretty bad situation, but I get another e-mail from EA the next day that says I was banned from the transfer market. That is who entered my account, has been transferring players, and this is illegal, and I did not even have access to the account.
About two days ago EA support contacted me via Chat and managed to resolve the issue of access to my account. That is, I now have access to my account and is now more secure than before.
The big problem now is my ban. The first time I spoke to suport, they said that the TOS team would deal with it from that moment on. But apparently I contacted your support again, and what the suporter told me was that the case was not being investigated by the TOS team. That is, only from there they "returned" to send the case to the team.
I find this a very unpleasant situation, because the first supporter who assisted me had access to the players and coins I lost, and managed to give me the coins I lost and then buy the lost players. But how do I eide play if neither team can buy? I've already lost a lot of SBC's, and a lot of letters that would make me feel good, and I can't do any of that because they never answer me again.
