Fifa 20 transfer market banned

Hello i just buy players in FIFA 20 with low price and sell them for high price and they just said i bought coins and banned me from the transfer market any help?

-i texted them on email they just replied "YOU BOUGHT COINS" 

-there is no live chat in the ban cases

Unfortunately we can't assist further with account bans on AHQ.

 

They are unfortunaly no other way. Withe Covid-19 answer can take little time.
