I have never had any significant issues connecting to EA Servers from my Xbox One until Friday when it stopped working. A weekend on chat to EA has not come up with any answers and have spent hours changing DNS, reinstalling game, rebooting everything several times etc. Seems my ping times over fifteen hops from New Zealand to US are too high at about 200mls. EA seems to be out of ideas and my ISP say they've tested what they can and can't see an issue. Looks like I'm not playing FIFA 20 anymore unless I can figure it out although will likely change ISP and move to fibre from cable. Totally wired so no wireless involved - will try anything that might work.
