That's very frustrating problem with my FIFA 20 Problem.
My original EA Accounts is as same as my MS account that is [edit: email address removed] (password: Lzy921117). As you can tell, this is a student edu email address. With my graduation, this email address is no longer accessed by me, cause the school take the authourity back. I did not mind such situation, cause I barely use that email after that. Several days ago, I try to play FIFA 20 Companion App in my IPhone, I just found out EA need me to verify my ID by sending a code to that EDU email address. Because the reason above, I cannot login to that account, I try to contact EA Help Pop-up Window Advisor, She taught me to fill out the same form that I am filling out right now. I requested you guys to change [edit: email address removed] to [edit: email address removed],(even though I did not get any feed backs in my active 163 email address). So, anything doesn't change much, I just play my game as usual. However, 2-3 days ago, I tried to play FIFA 20 UT mode, the system asked me to verify my ID by sending the code to an email address that I cannnot recoginize(which is attached on files). I don't know what happens. Then I tried to login to my EDU email address in EA Website, but the system showed that this email address is not right. So I created an new account that is [edit: email address removed]. Could you guys link my fifa profiles to this new account. I am so depressed, please help me out!!!!!! I've been loyal customer for five yrs, and please help me to correct everything. I Tried to send several emails to your tech team, nobody gives a sh*t, and did not reply anything to me.Cause I am outside of US, I cannot provide any US phone number you guys can contact with. DOES IT MEANS PLAYERS OUTSIDE THE US EQUAL NOTHING?
