its been over a week since I got my free twitch prime packs and they have still not came though ?

@Two-Slick-69 Same here. I just went in to the Twitch prime linking site, and it just keeps asking me to put in a code sent by sms to verify My account. Got the february pack without problem bit Now I cant even find a Claim button. It just says to Link accounts to receive loot. In My Twitch page it says im linked with Amazon already..

I linked and claimed mine a week ago it just hasn't came through I don't see why seeing as ea say they fixed the issue and i contact them though email they email me saying to call i click the link and there is never notrhing there to call so i donbt uderstand what i supposed to do
