Not letting me complete suda Americana squads

On each individual squad I try and trade in to complete part of the suda Americana SBC it says error and takes me back to the menu, this means I can't complete the suda Americana SBC.

Hi @Emmbo17,

Super odd. Can you try going into the Customize Menu and then selecting Profile - Delete and then delete anything in there that isn't a career mode save file. Then let me know if this persists?
