Upgrading Road to the final Europa League Cards, then downgrading them
So last night the ‘studio team’ upgraded lots of Europa League cards by mistake.
Investors including myself noticed certain cards had gone up in rating so I naturally went and bought a few at a cheaper price looking to turn over a profit when the cards went up in price.
This morning without any warning the cards had dropped back to the original rating.
Naturally the cards on the market dropped significantly in price meaning anyone who he invested in these cards believing their rating to be a true reflection.
Meaning people have been mis sold cards that can be downgraded without any warning.
When contacting EA help about this I was told there is no tool in place to help this situation.
The only person left out of pocket was the people who bought these cards including myself.
This is a huge issue as players now feel robbed by a mistake that the studio team made leaving many out of pocket.
There should be a option to reverse players have bought for the exact same amount of coins so this mistake doesn’t affect players / investors in the future.
It’s crazy that a business of this prestige has not got a costumer resolution for this.
