Unable to make tactical changes/ subs AGAIN!!!!

Same thing 4 weeks in a row

NO HELP OR SUPPIRT OFFERED FROM EA STAFF

Its casting me 4 gsmes minimum on FUT champions

On the pause menu theres a big white rectangle with red circles or green rectangles.

I cant make subs , tactical changes & sometimes cuts the game off
