How can I make my connection as bad as the people I play against?
I've tried both 'no network traffic' and also running a torrent client at around 85% UL and DL. Running the torrent client using 85% bandwidth seemed to give the best in-game experience but I still only match against continental euros with extremely dodgy connections. How can I make my connection as bad as theirs so I can have a fair game?
