Matchmaking broken?

For the last hour on PS4, I cannot find an opponent for WL or DR. Internet works well. Usually opponent is found within a few seconds, this time I got like 30 times that no opponent was found. How can one play 30 WL matches if matchmaking is broken?!

I had this problem too yesterday but in rivals. Only started happening since the most recent update. As well as any match that I do get freezing for

a out half a sec every 3-5 seconds
