Missing coins after player sale...
Hi this is my first post here and I’m at a loss of what to do. Here’s the story-
On Sunday I bought prime Michael ballack for around 1.6 million and played a few games with him. Didn’t like him so listed him for sale on Monday. At the time he was meant to be selling I was quick selling golds on the iPhone app which was freezing and crashing. When I checked how much ballack sold for he was nowhere to be seen. I thought I had maybe quick sold him accidentally when the app was freezing so panicking I got in touch with ea help who reassured me that ballack sold on the market and I would receive the coins within 72 hours. I have screenshots of the conversations which confirm that ballack was sold on market and not quick sold. Fast forward to today when it has been 72 hours and the coins still missing I spoke to ea again. After being in a chat for an hour they said the specialist team had looked into it and said the correct amount of coins had been received? There was nothing else he could do and he was ending the conversation. I can’t believe it. Those coins are half the worth of my whole team and I just feel so upset and angry. Does anyone know if there’s a higher power I can contact to help me?
