Unable to login Nintendo Swith Fifa 20

Just purchased FIFA 20 for Nintendo Switch and registered account on ea. However when I go into FIFA game it won't connect: 'Unable to login. This account can't get online.' It then directs me to ea.com. I have explored options on webpage but no luck and your phoneline gives 1 hour waiting time!

Hi @sammie677,

That would indicate the Nintendo account is a Child Account, we cannot grant access on our side.
