Awful gameplay and menu troubles

So not only is gameplay bad in both Rivals and SB, but I have delay when trying to sub. 
After the finish of the match, I went to Squads to apply squad fitness. 
I can’t. The x button doesn’t work. 
so I have to back all the way out of Ea servers and back in. Then I can apply consumables. 
game play is truly awful today.

@BenGrigg5 only today? its january and the game is so bad its actually unbelieveble how little they care about the comunity that loves this game
