MESSAGE TO EA TO SAVE THIS GAME
@EA_Andy @EA_Lanna @EA_Rtas @EA_Cian @EA_DarDar i just tag all of you cause the game is literally dead. Its so unenjoyable due to the following things. Take note!
Dribbling is non existent. Allong with the skill move nerf there are no sharp movements anymore. You cant accelerate past defenders. Dribbling is one of the most fun things in the game. FIX IT ASAP. Another thing is the defending. Defenders are heavily favoured in 1v1s again making dribbling even less viable. Buff dribbling and sharp movements. These slow sluggish movements make me wanna uninstall this game immediately.
Another major issue is passing. I get that you wanted to make it more realistic and nerf 180 degrees passing to death (rightly so) but normal passes and trough balls are broken also! This ensures that there is no flow to the game and again adds to the boring aspect of the game.
Shooting since last patch is broken guys. There is a built in delay and shots are saved by keepers to much. If you have managed to get trough on goal trough all the dribbling issues, op defenders issues, passing issues AT LEAST let us shoot good, fast and accurate. EVERYTHING JUST FEELS SO SLOW AND TEDIOUS.
PLEASE @EA_Andy forward these issues to the appropriate teams and save this game ASAP. This game right now is unplayable

So you are saying they made this slow sluggish feel of the game intentionally to reduce skill gap? Like how does that make sense?
Im a lifelong fifa player since 2002. Played every fifa till at least june without a break in between! Im close to just stop playing this game bcuz there is no fun to be found in this game. If a player as invested as me is thinking about quitting this game how must it be for these casuals that you say ea try to cater to ?!
Surely these casuals just walk away and i think this is happening massively atm with how this gameplay is right now.
Ive also played for long since 1998. I play career on legendary and win every game and not concede a goal, Ive finished top 150 in online seasons every year since its been a game mode. Ive plaued 1 weekend league with a terrible team and got 23 wins.
The game isnt slow on purpose but the skill gap is reduced on purpose, they have made it that someone who knows the 3 basics or run pass and shoot can wit at any time where as if you play someone offline who knows these basic controls they have no chance of winning 90% of the time.
Youve played since 2002 and youve seen the game getting worse and worse.
If you havent played fifa before around 13-14 you know no different to what your getting now.
Your thinking about quitting and I have been the last 3 years because youve seen the game decline, youve worked for years to be good at the game, have a good defence now you see literally the AI helping anyone who picks up a pad to play fifa.
Think about it here are features ea have removed that take skill and know how.
1.skill moves dont work
2.auto cancel when running but now your player magnetises to the ball
3. Manual defending
4. AI blocks added
5. AI tackles and interceptions added
6. Fake skill move removed
7. Goalkeepers come off their line themselves to gather through balls that they can reach without the user having to read wether to bring their gk out or not
8. Now they are trying to remove second man press because you need it to manually defend so you can switch to mark a run and hold second man press to block the passing lane and then switch back.
9. Oh and worst of all tackling, its a toss up who gets the ball, you see a poor opponent think bes gunna cut in you read it tackle and he just goes through you and comes out with the ball.

They are not going to do anything to increase the skill gap its not good for profits.
Fifa 18,19 & 20 all started with large skill gaps because of manual defending was good, finishing was good and skills worked.
They dont release the patches and revert it back by accident.

Play online friendlies.. I know it’s all about the prizes but honestly the game play is amazing on friendlies.

They must listen if they want to continue to make money. I see a mass exodus coming with how this gameplay and servers are
