Hey, EA.

This night I got banned for no particular reason then just "you have broken the terms of conduct" - which I haven't.  I went to bed at 11 PM approx, received an email saying that I was banned at 2 am approx. I haven't broken any rules, haven't bought any coins, etc. My account is suspended for 1000 DAYS! This has to mistake, I am really sad right now and could use some information from you, EA, to get me back into the game.
