Ultimate team got hacked
Hi guys,
On the 25th of April, my fut account got hacked. The person spent 1 million of my coins on bronze players for max price and also opened all my saved packs for TOTS and discarded what was inside. I can prove this by the quick sell recovery tool. I emailed ea 3 days ago and the only thing they have told me so far is to reset my password. Does anyone have any idea if they will resolve this issue, and it so, how long?

I'm writing from Italy. On 25th April my account was hacked too. EA replied saying "Unfortunately, we are unable to verify any lost in-game assets and cannot grant you any compensation.
We apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment this may cause.".
I'll contact them everyday until they will give me back my players. It's a shame, they have to protect me and my account, if someone hacked my account is their fault, not mine.

@LeevanAF Same happened to me on the 23th of April. I guess noone will help me or you, support just don't care. Someone quick sold all my RB Leipzig squad full of TOTW TOTS TOTM. Plus some other 87+ rated players are gone, without quick sell, so can't recover them.
