Should there be a guaranteed prize for heavily FIFA-point-funded users?

Should users who have continuously supported FIFA with FIFA points be rewarded? I personally supported FIFA20 with a tally of over 100k FIFA Points. During OTW, Scream, and TOTY, I haven't even obtained one special card. I am very disappointed.
