Generally the music can’t be turned off and stay off. On the user screen you can switch off all music or select whichever. When you restart the game (not resume from a sleeping state, I mean reboot the game after being on another game for example) the music resets back to all on 

Also some of the commentary is off. After conceding a goal kick, says it’s a throw in or goal kick. Sometimes the crowd noise chears or Oohs when there’s nothing happening, etc. Quite odd and quite random
