Cant get Loans career mode

Im unable to get players thru loans. For example, AC Milan puts a reserves player in their loan list, and I intend to get him in a loan after agreeing wages with the team, the very next day the player rejects the loan.

@Orlo311 I have seen even my reserve player that I put on the loan list rejecting every single loans that I agreed for.... I cannot get them out of my team...
