Didn’t receive packs after completing objectives

After completing three different objectives I was supposed to be awarded two ‘one rare players pack’ and one ‘mega pack’ but neither of them appeared, this has happened before and it has become a problem that I don’t want to go through any longer and I would like the packs that I am owed.
