You NEED to improve this feature a lot. 

1. There is no logic on the subs, for example. When you make your debut with the team, you're ALWAYS a starter, it should be more like journey mode, where you had to earn your way to the starting lineup. Also, sometimes you have a bad game and you're played the whole 90 mins, then on the next match you score 3 goals and you're subbed out at min 65 or so, that is just ridiculous. This issues have been on the game for a long long time and you don't pay attention to them. 

2. I can't believe how in the last 3 editions of FIFA, I've always started with my local Mexican team (Pumas UNAM) and I have one or two marvelous seasons, scoring lots of goals, and NO OTHER TEAM wants to sign me, even though I'm asking to be transferred. In past editions I've been transferred to Leicester, Dortmund, even Real Madrid, but now I can only have a one year loan on a bad team and then I have to go back to my first team all over again, not cool. 

3. YOU SHOULD MAKE CAREER MODE EXACTLY AS THE JOURNEY, WITH CUT SCENES, WITH ALL THE TRANSFER AND SUB LOGIC, INTERVIEWS, SPONSORSHIPS, EVERYTHING. I THINK YOU ARE FOCUSING ALL YOUR EFFORTS ON FUT AND YOU'RE MISSING OUT ON ONE OF THE GAME'S MOST PLAYED FEATURES. Other sports games companies such as 2K do this and they have a lot of success. 

I hope you can hear me and listen to my suggestions, I'm sure that I'm not the only FIFA player who thinks like this.
