[Comment Removed - Admin.] another year another FIFA. I’m having very issues with your game and your company seems not care or address the problems and try to fix them.
The lag issues online the broken gameplay i can’t take it anymore and i feel when the community reports the problems your company instead off fixing them just sits and laugh about our complains.

Because of this situation and not just because of FIFA other games from your company yes I’m just a dumb guy who buys Battlefield Battlefront games on launch day  was dumb enough to buy Anthem on launch day too but FIFA 20 was the breaking point so because your company just don’t give a F i want to fix my last mistake and know how i can get a refound on a game with broken servers broken gameplay and broken mechanics  .

 

From a very disappointed gamer that used to enjoy your games.

Game is broken Defending is sucks I want my money back I don’t wanna leave this dumb * any cents even.Huge fifa fun since fifa 96 but if u ask me Wht u hate most right now in the world I would say fifa and fifa’s stupid nonsense defending Mentality.its really hard to reach ea sport for refund.

That kind of answers fits in the part when i said when we complain you just sit back and laugh. 
If you really are a community manager check your work because you are not doing it well you you know damm well i cannot get a refund in the normal ways but since your game is broken and i don’t see plans for you to fix it i was asking if there is an exception since how broken your game is in this state. 
But instead of that and try to solve my problem or give some feedback if you are solving or planing to solve the game issues you just take a * at me with a link you know dam well will not solve my problems.

I’m from the days when the intro used to be “EA Sports it’s in the game” I guess I just played enough from the intro to change in “EA Sports we just don’t care” i guess it’s time to stop investing my time and my money in your products.
