Online competition payouts

Hi,

The Division Rivals just finished where I worked very hard to reach Rank 1 to reach the highest possible payout. Since I just started FUT it took me a really long since my team is pretty newby compared to pretty much everyone else. I got both the visual confirmation I reached Rank 1 after the last match I played but also in the Division Rivals ranking overview.

 

All this work to only figure out that after I started FUT just now, I got the Rank 2 rewards instead of the Rank 1 which is much lower. Is this a known bug or something like that? Is it possible to get the rewards I should have gotten?

Thanks for your response. I get the division system, although that's not went wrong in this case. I actually got the division 9 rank 2 rewards while I ended the season in division 9 rank 1. Somehow the system thinks I ended up in rank 2 instead of 1. The difference in rewards between those are pretty big and i'm quite disapointed this system somehow bugged, because like I said before I worked really hard with my newby team against ALOT of absurd strong teams.

Hi @bbeemster591,

Your Division Rivals rewards are capped to the highest rank in the division you started that week in if you went from a lower to a higher division.

Example: Started the week in Divison 3, Rank 4 and ended the week in Division 2, Rank 6 = Division 3, Rank 1 rewards.
