I have been kept waiting for more than a week
today ea sent me an email asking if I still need any help? auto reply? what is wrong with you!
and attached is the service provided to me.what? copy and paste? battlefield?lol

Same here. But my entire account is blocked. Their cheat detecting scripts are as broken as their game. My account is wrongly suspended for 7 days. Its been 5 days already after making a case for this. Not a single reply and for me only way to communicate is email. Chat is not allowed for suspended account. Email option shows adviser will get back in 72 hrs. Its been more than 100 hrs now. Absolutely shambolic. Don't know how low this company can fall. Not good at a single aspect of a gaming company other than making money. From servers, to game play to communication to support. Nothing. Don't have basic work ethic to reply to a customer who is been buying the game for more than 9-10 years on this very account, saying we are working on the case. Just nothing. Even a start up company will have a courtesy of sending an acknowledgement email.
The most expected reply will be some predefined set of text. They won't even type anything manually. Nor on this forums or chat/email.
Totally frustrated.
