Application closes during halftime giving me a DNF loss

Whilst playing weekend league, I was up 2-0 in a game and we just entered half time. The half time menu pops up and I get kicked off the game. When I log back in, it says i have a DNF loss. How can you ensure me that this will not happen with more games? I would like to get that loss deleted

The same happended to me a few moments ago, i was winning 3-2 and I get kicked off the game. I hope they delete the loss.

The same happened to me twice today. I´ve heard some people talking about a no-loss glitch which gives the leading opponent (you or me) a loss. Would like to get both these losses deleted, and we need help to ensure that this does not happen again!
