When my player receive the ball, player stays unselected for a moment(around 1 sec). Player switching doesn't work in time. Almost all the time my player doing nothing for a 1 sec after receiving the ball, sometimes player didn't touch the ball because switching works too late. (I'm not talking about right switching). My player already took the ball, switching comes to him after 0.5 or 1 sec...
