BEING KICKED OFF THE EA SERVERS FOR NO * REASON

I completed a game in FUT Weekend League this past weekend, winning after a penalty shootout. The FUT server kicked me back to the title screen after advancing, causing me to lose the game. Losing that game prevented my # of wins from reaching 14 which is a entirely new achievement level. I only think it is fair for EA to award me the game and the win or the reward packs for reaching the 14 win level.

Not your fault man, probably getting booted off by your opponent. This has happened to me multiple times and only at the end of games. Ea will make you think it is your internet, but it is not. They do not care about their player base all they care about is money.

It has happened on consecutive weekends - usually after penalty shootout wins and I am returned to the home screen without being disconnected. The feeling is I am punished for winning in a penalty shootout.

Unfortunately, we don't have a way to modify records so we aren't able to add a win to your record. Was this the only time you've disconnected or does it happen more frequently?
