Fut Champs Win Not Counting
Hi. I was winning a FUT Champions game in a penalty shhot out when my opponent disconnected from the game. I was winning the shootout 2-1 and it said at the end of the game I won the game. However it did not count as a FUT Champs win and counted as a draw. I should be 4-1 and instead am 3-1 on FUT Champions.
This was on my DCFULHAM1906 account.

Hey @dannycollier3 it sounds like you may be having issues with your connection. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.
