I was winning 2 games and I played the game out and it didn’t count on my record it says I’m on 13 when I should be on 15 can you change this

Hi @beesben,

I'm showing you're correctly on 13 wins. If your game session is interrupted the game will determine based on several factors whether the game is recorded as a win, loss or if it's replayed as if it never happened. This process is entirely automated and we have no sway over its outcome I'm afraid.
