We are sorry ultimate team error

I’ve tried all the troubleshooting methods, can’t access ultimate team at all. I can access online seasons just not ultimate team. I was 5-0 up on draft and it kicked me out it has been like this for over two days. NEED URGENT HELP

i got the exact same problem and the same situation happened to me as i was playing draft and it happened to me on friday around 5/6 and its been the same since and all of the other features still work
