Ps4 fut and rivals game play speed.

I've been asking for years but nothing ever happens. I only play fast speed on fut and rivals but in the matchmaking I only get lucky say 8 games out of 30 in the weekend league. So all I'm asking is why can I not just play others with the game set too fast speed only? I'm sure it really wouldn't be hard too set up.
