Twice in a row I completed a squad battle game with my ultimate team. 

I won both games but after checking player stats and leaving the game to return to squad battles menu it crashes and advises it was unable to save data. 

these games were against the following squads on professional difficulty.

- Faris 12

-Aachen Borussia. 

As a result of this I received no game points which will affect my weekly reward pack. 

I do not have the option to restart the game. 

Looking for any assistance.
