FIFA 20 Crashes during online gameplay!

 

Hi guys,

 

I'm having this issue since the last update, yesterday April 9th. I can go to FUT page doing whatever I want in the menu, but once I'm playing a match in any mode it gets crashed before half time in minutes! That crash freezing my PS4 which I can't turn it off normally! I've to unplug it, which in time going to damage my data!

 

Is there anyway to fix, or do I've to wait the next update by EA?!

Solved

 

It looks like there're some files got damaged with the last update on April 9th, so I tried the last thing possible to do and it worked! Factory Reset Angry

 

Took several hours but finally working and operating smoothly as it used to be! Thought to share it with you all if you still never hear from EA Help like me Disappointed
