Guys i really need your help on this

i have been playing fifa since 2014 on origin

i never cheated i would never actually cuz i love the game

but a month and a half ago i tried to go in and play and said it couldn’t retrieve information 

i saw that i got banned from fifa play for absolutely doing nothing 

i have a regular team worth of like 300k and a normal win lose rate and i am in div 4 

if i use the cheats then i would jave more than that of course 

I am actually an origin access premier member because if this game i just renewed my membership to play it

i contacted agents mote than 10 times and TOS said they fully investigated this matter and that they will not reverse the action

after 3 times they started sending me spam emails every time the same email which will be available in the file 

i got that email mote than 10 times from them and it’s really disrespectful 

agents of ea help can't do anything they just send them emails and i get the same email always

i love this game so much it's the first game i have ever bought

also as a confession i did use cheat in single player manager mode only which will not affect anyone’s game and certainly not in online play

and when i dis this i did it AFTER getting banned as an act of anger because i really love this game and it's totally unfair to get banned and get disrespectful replies after spending huge amount of money on my account as i am an old member

i also wrote some feedbacks and it did me nothing for sure so if anyone can help me just please..certainly sending them an email again is not gonna be useful since TOS team doesn’t care..please help..
