Disconnection during FUT Weekend leagues games not due to my connection

Recently I am having a lot of disconnection from the EA server during the matches of FUT weekend league.

The discoonection is not due to my connection because eveything else is connected.

So probably is the EA server. An moreover in these cases everytime I lose the match in FUT competition

I contacted several times the EA support and they just gave me this useless link https://help.ea.com/en-in/help/console/connection-troubleshooting-advanced-playstation/

 

 

It is so frustrating...I guess I will say goodbye to this game

 

It is a game we should enjoy it and not get angry.

I have same problem every weekend during fut champions. If i'm in lead and the server crash, then the match does not count. But if the opponemt lead and the server crash, then i lose the match. It's so f***ing frustrating. In the first 9 matches it happened 2 times. So i'll never get t100 by that reason. EA FIX THIS!

I’ve had the same happen to me. I was winning 4-2 and the game suddenly froze and returned to the main menu with the match being under review. No win has been given. This happened to me AGAIN. I played the weekend league previously  and I complained about it, because of suspected cheating from the other player. Because of the sudden end of the game it’s impossible to get the players online ID to report the issue. I complained last time and got an automated response from a robot. No chat system; no customer service number!!!! Disgrace!!!. This is the first and last year I have played FUT. I refuse to buy this game again, and will be posting as such on social media. One day EA will learn, when I the gaming community ceases to buy their games. A greedy company that relies on a monopoly to make short termism profits will fail eventually.
