Which mode has this happened in? FIFA Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Transfer Market/SBC/Active Squad
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug?From 31/01/2020 and still happening now
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) from 6pm onward .
What is your time zone? CTT - GMT GMT 0 London
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? look at the kean sbc or any futmas or headliners cars on the transfer market.
What happens when the bug occurs? The background greyed out and have a message on top of the card saying not found other reports also include if this is packed it cannot be downloaded if it’s saying not found
What should be happening instead? Card should be coloured and the card should have nothing written at the top it should also have a Headliners title in the player details instead of special item.

Hi @GaborPika,
You can still use those items, it's just not loading the special art assets. Try backing out and then going into FUT again please.
