FUT Champs Disconnect during win

I was just disconnected from two fut games. The games - both - I was leading.

 

the game not only didn’t credit me for the win, it took away two of my games. May I get the games back, or can you just set me at gold 3 and call it even? 

it’s already not fun grinding to gold 3, taking away games played and disconnecting me during wins... i deserve compensation.

 

I am hardwired, constant 70mpbs down internet.

@EA_Cade So - even though I’m winning time of possession, the score line, passing.

The game decides its a loss - and you can’t refund me the games - time or money spent? That seems awfully flawed. How can I escalate?

Hi @Ghostbeezy,

If your game session is interrupted the game will determine based on several factors whether the game is recorded as a win, loss or if it's replayed as if it never happened. This process is entirely automated and we have no sway over its outcome I'm afraid.
