I was 2 - 0 up in Weekend league. Other player quits yet I didnt get the win. Told that the outcome is calculated on a number of factors to determine if it should be awarded as a win. What factors are used other than the score. There are numerous threads about this issue with no resolution. Can you share what factors are taken into account in this automatic process to help the community understand what's happening....
