Getting disconnected from EA server continuously.
I get disconnected from the EA Server every second match and it is counted as a loss, even if I am winning.
i have tried everything. Different connection types, different cables, different routers, different DNS settings etc etc
in addition all the below which was advised by the EA Support team. I don’t know what to do anymore.

This is a follow up of the chat session that we had regarding Playstation Connectivity Issues.

STARTING PS4 ON SAFE MODE (REBUILDING DATABASE)
1. Power Cycle the router.
2. Press and hold the Power Switch for approx.. 10 seconds. The console should chime a notification sound to inform the player it is starting in Safe Mode.
3. When the PlayStation 4 make the notification sound, de-press the Power switch.
4. The PlayStation will now begin in Safe Mode.
5. Select 5th option - Rebuild Database
Note: This action scans the drive and creates a new database of all content and may take a long time depending on the type and number of data items.
TEST NETWORK CONNECTION
1. In the main menu XMB, using the controller scroll right to the Settings.
2. Scroll down to Network icon.
3. Scroll down to Test Internet Connection
4. The PlayStation 4 will now test basic network information
SYSTEM UPDATE
1. In the main menu XMB, using the controller scroll right to the Settings.
2. Scroll down to System Software Update icon and select it with X button.
3. If there is an update available, choose the option Update Using Internet and select it with X button.

Wired connection-
Wireless connection is the biggest reason for FUT disconnections. Wired connection is strongly recommended for FUT gameplay. FIFA 18 security protocol is very strict compared to other games. Well wireless connection is also somehow intermittent a drop of your ping will easily disconnect you from the match.
Ports configuration -
The online ports carried the data between servers and your system. These ports needs to be open to avoid disconnection issue. To open the ports, you simply need to contact your ISP( Internet service provider) and provide them Ports number.
Once done, then Bypass the router -
1. Completely disconnect the router from the modem and console.
2. Turn off and unplug the modem.
3. Turn off the console.
4. Plug the ethernet or LAN cable directly from the modem into your console.
5. Turn the modem back on.
6. When lights on the front of the modem begin flashing again, turn your console back on and test the connection.
RESTORE LICENSES
1. In the main menu XMB, using the controller scroll right to the Settings.
2. Select the option for PlayStation™Network/Account Management.
3. Choose Restore Licenses.
4. Select Restore.
5. Restart your console

Please note TCP and UDP port codes for PS4 and contact your ISP and shared the codes with them to help you forwarding ports for you to enhance your connection performance.
