Nerf assisted defending speed
Is catch up speed back in the game or something???
Everytime i beat an opponent with a 90+ pace player by several yards, the opposition defender somehow warp speed jockeys back in front of my attacker.
That is literally impossible for any human to do.
Whilst you're at it, also get rid of AI defenders making blind-side interceptions... letting a user do it fair enough, but a player sprinting away from the ball shouldn't be able to intercept with immediacy in the opposite direction.
My players all seem to have to slow down, take overdramatic recovery and slowing down animations... yet my opponent's players never have to go through any animation they move forwards and backwards direction change at full speed with no deceleration.
Seriously needs fixing.
Anyone else experience this or thinks it needs removing???

Because players AI in game are determined by opponents players rating as well. It’s kinda dynamic. In other words it’s the privilege of using high rating players. You will have more occasions that your players playing consistently in the same level.
But i can play against the same players and my players play differently.
I have good rated players and they dint behave the same as opponent players. I'm going to post more video examples.

It’s like that since day one. You are just playing against better players or adapted players.
That doesn't explain why my players don't perform to equal standard as they used to

I have found tricks to counter this half the time. Don't rush, perform a simple ball roll or dragback and ball roll to slow things down a bit. When he gets confused, panics, and choose the wrong direction to super crab jockey, pass to the open player.
It sucks most when you're in transition in the middle of the pitch. Holding L2 and R2 while able to move around like a Crabman on steroids is a joke. I actually enjoyed this earlier in the game, but now everyone does it, and the speed, reactions, turns, etc need to be toned down.
The problem i find is if i do a skill or turn or twist, my player kinda does it on the spot and the defender unnaturally sticks to me like it's mirroring my players movement and my player is contained in snowglobe in the defenders hands.
Contrary to when i hold my position tight to an opponent and the player just kinda moves through me, or press tackle and my players flimsily dangles a leg pathetically on the spot which does nothig to the ball. Same with blocks. Often my players miss the ball when pass or shoot
Feels as if my game exists on a different server whilst opponents one is on the same one the ball is on and my team is superimposed into the game and dont react properly to surrounding objects and players. Their movements seem disconnected to the game.
Feels like my console isn't connected to the same game.
