Transfer market ban FIFA 20

I was hacked and lost all players and coins, i already received the coins based on my top 5 players...
But on all this my transfer market was blocked, i was banned saying that i did illegal actions.
Already opened more than 1 ticket, and has beens 2 weeks since i don't have any answer by 'like they say the specialist' that will look into it...
Really sad...

We can do nothing more on this forum it's a community of players, you do wait an answer from EA.

 

If you think this ban was applied to your account by mistake.
You can reach out to the Terms of Service Team to appeal this ban.

Unfortunately we can't assist further with account bans on AHQ.

 

They are unfortunaly no other way. Withe Covid-19 answer can take little time.
