Connection issue
Game is loading and can’t connect for almost a 10 days and I’m subscribing in Xbox love and can’t use it . I need help pls

I have tried all of these before coming here with my problem. Still not working. According to my console my my connection is "good" and I am connected to the internet. My network speed seems good also. I have had this same problem for a few days now. What else can I do?

It sounds like you may be having issues with your connection @jordan1093_cfc. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
