The full time whistle went and I won the game 3-0 but then the server kicked me back to hub and when I logged back in it said I had lost the game as a disconnect, this wasn’t a WiFi issue as it let me log back in and all my other connections stayed online

You can try the draft token tool to see if your account is entitled to a replacement one here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/fifa/fut-draft-token-tool. If you frequently disconnect, we should step through some troubleshooting. Do you want to do that? Thanks!
