I pre-ordered FIFA 20 Ultimate Edition but didn't get any of the perks
I pre-ordered FIFA 20 Ultimate Edition in PS Store since August 8 but I didn't get any of the perks promised. No loan player pack or rare gold player pack.. nothing except the PS theme. The preorder banner still shows up in FIFA 19 Home and when I select preorder there I get a "F19B013" error saying the item is not available even though I already pre-ordered in the PS Store.

The game instantly crashes at loading. When the text "Retrieving data from server. Please wait..." appears, the game shuts down and gets me to desktop.
I discovered that the only way to enter the game is to press enter at "Checking connection".

Hey all. The missing packs issue is being investigated by the FIFA team. I'll update this thread as I get more information.
